Roads:
FROM ROME: motorway “del sole” - exit Orte: (1) continue in the direction of Terni and take the Valnerina (MARMORE WATERFALLS) road 209, then 320 towards Cascia. (2) road Flaminia to Spoleto, then 4-km tunnel to Valnerina.

FROM ROME: Salaria until Rieti. Continue towards Leonessa, then to Cascia (KM 140).

FROM FLORENCE: motorway “del sole”: exit Val di Chiana. Slip road to Perugia-Assisi-Spoleto-Valnerina.

FROM BOLOGNA: motorway Adriatica until Civitanove Marche – highway to Macerata - Tolentino. In Muccia diversion to Visso -Valnerina.

FROM BARI: motorway Adriatica until San Benedetto del Tronto. Highway to Ascoli Piceno - Salaria diversion to Norcia (TUNNEL FORCA CANAPINE) - CASCIA. 395.

Trains:
Route Rome-Ancona, get off in Spoleto. Route Rome-Florence, get off in Orte and take the train to Spoleto. Then coach to Cascia.
